About Us

Our Board of Directors is comprised of individuals in real estate, counseling, teaching, human resource, job trаіnіng and рlасеmеnt еxреrіеnсе who work to actualize our vіѕіоn of dеvеlоріng programs to prepare еx-offenderѕ for the next level in thеіr lives. They are a team of professionals adept in program execution for outreach, re-entry, mentorship, advocacy, and fund-raising. The team will consist of one program director, a program manager, trainers, counselors, social workers, and support staff. 

The Director will formulate policies on re-entry and reintegration activities with the aim of enhancing rehabilitation and settlement of ex-offenders. He will also serve as a link between the agency and external stakeholders by liaising with government institutions, prisons, donors, service partners, corporations, and charitable agencies. The Program Manager will be in charge of the day-to-day activities of the program.

A team of social workers, trainers and counselors will lead the program on the individual and group level. Social workers and counselors will undertake the outreach events and counseling activities. Trainers will teach the participants various areas such as resume writing, job training, basic communication, and etiquettes.

  • 1,600 families received food donations to prepare holiday meals.

  • 1000 youth received leadership training. 

  • 150 of our youth created business or gained employment.
